At Treetopia, we are committed to providing dependable, quality products and are pleased to offer a Five Year Foliage and Two Year Light Limited Warranty on all non-clearance trees, wreaths, and garlands.
If you have any questions or problems with your tree, wreath or garland, please refer to our Assembly Instructions which is included with your product. This helpful guide provides tips and answers to many common questions regarding set up, lighting, and more. Most problems can be easily fixed by following these tips. If these steps do not resolve your problem, please contact us at 02033 686 805, and we will be happy to troubleshoot the issue and determine the best solution. Please note that this warranty does not cover burned out bulbs or normal wear and tear.
Please be prepared to troubleshoot the problem with us, and if needed, provide photos so that we can see the issue. Pictures illustrating the problem, both close-ups and views of the full product, can help us to determine the best solution. We reserve the right to repair or replace any part of the product serviced under warranty.
We are dedicated to servicing your product as quickly and efficiently as possible. If it is determined that your product canít be fixed, we will be happy to replace it with an identical item. In the event an identical item is not available, weíll provide a similar product of equal or lesser value. We require that all repair service be pre-authorized through our customer service department and are unable to replace or repair any products or parts without pre-authorization.
|Warranty for Non-Clearance Items|
|If you do experience a problem that canít be fixed through troubleshooting and provide us with the requested documentation, we will work with our Warranty Department to resolve your issue and provide the parts you need. In some instances, and if available, we can have a replacement section shipped to resolve lighting or foliage issues. On the rare occasion where we do not have stock for the part that is needed, we will manufacture it in the offseason.|
|Warranty for Clearance Items|
|If you do experience a problem with your clearance merchandise within the first 21 days after receiving it, it canít be fixed through troubleshooting, and you provide us with the requested documentation, we will work with our Warranty Department to resolve your issue and provide the parts you need. In some instances, and when available, we can have a replacement section shipped to resolve other lighting or foliage issues. On the rare occasion where we do not have stock for the part that is needed, we will manufacture it in the offseason.|
|The Treetopia Five Year Foliage and Two Year Light Limited Warranty is only applicable to non-clearance trees, wreaths, and garlands. Please refer to the Clearance Items sections for information on warranty repair for merchandise purchased under clearance. This warranty does not cover burned out bulbs and is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or neglect or is intentionally altered. This warranty cannot be transferred and is only valid for items shipped within the UK, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and The Netherlands.|
