Exchange Policy
  You are welcome to exchange your purchase for another item within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.  The purchased merchandise needs to be returned in its original packaging, and as soon as we can verify it is on its way back to us, your new item will be sent.  If your new item is equally or more expensive than your original purchase, we will be happy to waive the 10% restocking fee.  If you select a less expensive item, you will receive a credit for the difference less the 10% restocking fee, once the item has been received at our return center. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Trees, Wreaths, and Garlands Return Policy
  Returns for your tree, wreath, or garland are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order or before December 25, whichever comes first.  Please ensure that your merchandise is returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.  A credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were charged at the time the order was placed.
Clearance product Return Policy
  Returns for all clearance products are accepted within 10 days of receipt or before December 25th, whichever comes first. Please ensure that your merchandise is returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. A credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were charged at the time the order was placed.
Accessories Return Policy
  Returns for all accessories are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order or before December 25, whichever comes first.  Please ensure that your merchandise is returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.  A credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees that were charged at the time the order was placed.
We are committed to getting you your refund as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for a credit to be issued.
Return Procedures
 

If you wish to cancel your order, in accordance with the EU's Distance Selling Directive, we require notice in writing either by fax or email within 10 working days after date of delivery.

If you do cancel your order, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. When applicable, shipping fees at time of purchase are not refundable. You must ensure the goods are packed adequately to protect against damage. Average return shipping charges are 25.

Unauthorized returns

Returns on products damaged due to improper case or use

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange return and charge the direct cost of collection plus 10. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, before they are returned, and this results in damage or deterioration of the goods, we will charge you a 35 fee for the reduction on value.

Please allow us up to 30 days after your notice of cancellation to apply your credit. Thank you for your understanding.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.
