Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order's status.  If your order status is "Shipped," your order is on its way. Your package tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your order and track your package.
Can I cancel my order?
 

If you wish to cancel your order, in accordance with the EU's Distance Selling Directive, we require notice in writing either by fax or email within 10 working days after date of delivery.

If you do cancel your order, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. When applicable, shipping fees at time of purchase are not refundable. You must ensure the goods are packed adequately to protect against damage. Average return shipping charges are £25.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept the following returns:

•Unauthorized returns

•Returns on products damaged due to improper case or use

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange return and charge the direct cost of collection plus £10. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, before they are returned, and this results in damage or deterioration of the goods, we will charge you a £35 fee for the reduction on value.

Please allow us up to 30 days after your notice of cancellation to apply your credit. Thank you for your understanding.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.  If your order status is "Shipped," your order is on its way. Your package tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Sometimes items ship from different warehouses, and your items may not all arrive at the same time. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have already shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to verify the shipping status of your packages. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.  Please be prepared to provide us with information on the box you did receive so that we can efficiently assist you.
